BREAKFAST: A whole-grain Van’s waffle topped with organic, creamy PB, banana coins, cocoa nibs, honey, and cinnamon. Can you tell this combo has my heart?
LUNCH: My favorite “For the Love of Kale” salad from The Juice Press, paired with their Doctor Earth green juice, which I got for free just by running on a recent Saturday and posting a pic to Instagram with “#juicepress and “#willrunforjuice” in the photo’s caption. Now that’s my kind of promo.
DINNER: A homemade and healthy dinner by my mama: tuna casserole (kind of like meatloaf, minus the meat plus the tuna) topped with ketchup on a bed of lettuce + Trader Joe’s harvest grain medley with roasted butternut squash cubes and chickpeas mixed in.
