DINNER: Breakfast for dinner happens more often than not for me. This one consisted of a major farmer’s market haul. So, sautéed local beet greens, summer squash, tomatoes, corn + chickpeas below, sun dried tomato pesto mixed in, and a fried farm egg on top.
