BREAKFAST: So good, this breakfast bombshell deserved two snaps; one whole grain Van’s waffle topped with coconut-oil sautéed nana coins, unsweetened coconut flakes, maple syrup, organic almond butter + chia seeds. A serious contender for the Breakfast of the Year award.
LUNCH: A post-workout lunch of two organic eggs scrambled with spinach and paired w/ roasted sweet potato cubes + chunks o’ parmesan — complex carbs and healthy fats for ze win.
DINNER: A big teriyaki bowl of crispy veggies and brown rice from Genki Noodles & Sushi in Virginia Highlands. Put simply, an old faithful.
DESSERT: Cause a little something sweet doesn’t hurt, either — two scoops of peanut butter rumble from Morelli’s Gourmet Ice Cream, in Atlanta. Don’t mind if I do.
